Winter Park Market

We were in Florida very briefly for a conference, but we managed to stop by the closest market to us that day, which was Winter Park Farmers’ Market. It was amazing to see so much fresh citrus and tropical flowers and plants, that I so miss in the Northwest. I wish I had a kitchen so I could cook, but I did manage to get something that I brought back to Seattle – a Plumeria branch from Just Plumerias, you can buy them online as well. My plant did not give us any flowers even indoors in Seattle weather, but I was happy to see it grow these beautiful leaves (see the last picture below), it was something cheerful and tropical to look forward in the Seattle winter 🙂

A quick visit to St. Augustine from the same trip.
