It was a pleasantly warm day to enjoy one of these Strawberry Mango Lassis!
This is just a variation of my Mango Ginger Lassi
Makes 2 servings
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk or water (approx.)
1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
5 ripe strawberries, cleaned and cubed
1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)
a pinch of salt
(Tip: If you freeze the cubed fruit first, that will give it a thick texture when blended without using additional ice & it keeps the drink cold for longer.)
1. Blend everything except honey together.
2. Add additional milk or water to thin out the mixture as much as you like.
3. Taste. If the fruit or yogurt is tart, add some honey. I usually make lassi only if the fruit is sweet.
4. Pour it in a glass and serve immediately!
